• Any particular level of cost savings or business outcome from use of the Services

• Optimize will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Optimize's total liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid to Optimize in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optimize and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:
